Al compagno di squadra Gautier Paulin la MX2
Bella affermazione per David nella prima prova del Campionato olandese Motocross. Il pilota della Yamaha ha vinto entrambe le manche aggiudicandosi la vittoria di giornata davanti a porta a Marc de Reuver e a Kevin Strijbos, al debutto sulla Suzuki dopo il recente divorzio dal Team KTM di Jorge Jobè. Nella MX2 la vittoria è andata a Gautier Paulin, secondo e primo nelle due manche, davanti al pilota di casa, Jeffrey Herlings.
