Non solo Internazionali d’Italia questo weekend crossistico. Nell’ultimo fine settimana si è corso anche a Gueugnon (terza prova di Campionto Francese) e a Mill (quarta prova di Campionato Olandese). In Francia l’ha fatta da padrona Kawasaki con Seb Pourcel (CP 377 Monster Energy Kawasaki Pro Circuit) che si è aggiudicato la MX1 e Valentin Teillet (Rockstar Bud Racing Kawasaki, foto) la MX2. A Pourcel è andato anche il confronto nella finalissima fra i migliori delle due classi.
Valentin Teillet: “Dopo l’infortunio alla spalla non ho potuto allenarmi per due settimane, ma nonostante tutto non ho perso forza fisica e soprattutto confidenza con la moto. Ormai sono abituato a correre sugli infortuni. Nella MX2 sono andato molto bene, mentre nella finalissima con la MX1 sono caduto e un pilota mi ha travolto. Dopodiché non sono più riuscito a guidare come volevo. Ora ci sposteremo in Belgio perché ho bisogno di allenarmi sulla sabbia in vista della prtima prova Mondiale di Valkenswaard”.
In Olanda è proseguito il dominio del padrone di casa Jeffrey Herlings. Anche a Mill l’ufficiale Red Bull KTM Factory non ha avuto rivali nella MX2 andando a segno in entrambe le frazioni di gara sempre davanti al compagno di team Jeremy Van Horebeek. Jeffrey Herlings: “Sono felice della mia prestazione. Ho messo insieme dei giri molto forti, mi semntivo veramente in forma. Sono prondo per Valkenswaard”.
Doppietta anche nella MX1 con Evgeny Bobryshev (Honda World Motocross, foto) che in entrambe le manche si è sempre messo dietro Kevin Strijbos (KTM).
