-20mm ergo seat:
Much more carved/cancaved (I'm not sure if it's the right word), which helps to sit tight and distribute the weight evenly over the seat, but at the same time you can't sit futher back (does not allow you to change your positions), because you will always fall / slide forward again to the tank. Much more comfortable than the standard seat, but most of you will probably find it hard, because it is still the lowest of the three options. I do not recommend it for aggressive riding. It is more suitable for short and not heavy people.
Standard height ergo seat:
This ergo seat in terms of ergonomics, size and shape is very close to the original-standard one. It feels better and the seat shape is flatter. More to the soft side. Here you have the opportunity to change position, but it is still limited. Suitable for all types of riding and most of people.
+20mm ergo seаt:
This is the best seat of the three for me. But as you know, it's personal. This is the most comfortable seat because it is also the tallest. There's a lot of this ergo-memory-foam material inside and this is easily felt. The seat allows for the most and varied body positions, which is very important! Suitable for long rides or more aggressive riding, because you can sit much further back, thus distributing body weight more appropriately in different situations, hard acceleration, hard braking, etc.
